We encourage all of members to record the results of their workouts and track their progress. Seeing progress encourages our members to work harder and achieve their goals faster.
A great tool for this is called WODBox PRO and is available on Android and iOS (iPhone) Mobile platforms. This app allows you to enter your workout, results and ratings in a virtual Journal. Green Valley Fitness Techs will be posting the Workout of the Day (WOD) and you can subscribe to a RSS feed for our WODs using the address below:
